  • Launched barcode sign-in system (PassCard) at the Fayette County Produce to People and the Greene County Produce to People.

  • Scouted, engaged, and coordinated spaces and partners for four Extra Special Distributions per year.

  • Planned and coordinated three years of the Meals for Minds school pantry distribution, and designed its most recent, streamlined iteration.

  • Upgraded planning systems from static documents to web-hosted, dynamic, team-focused planning sheets.

  • Assisted with Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the Food Bank, via community partner GENCO Logistics.
